Refund and Return Policy – NEN Academy

This Refund and Return Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made through NEN Academy, a digital education and professional training platform owned and operated by the National Education Network (NEN) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Platform or purchasing any Services, you expressly agree to this Policy.
1. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all transactions conducted through the Platform, including but not limited to:
Digital courses and training programs
Educational content and materials
Subscriptions and membership plans
Digital products and services
Individual and institutional purchases
2. Nature of Digital Services
Users acknowledge that the Platform provides non-tangible, digital services and content.
Upon activation of a Service or granting of access to Content, such Services shall be deemed partially or fully consumed.
3. General Refund Rule
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Users shall not be entitled to refunds once:
Access to the Platform or Content has been granted
The Service has been activated
Use of the course or program has commenced
4. Limited Exceptional Circumstances
The Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests only under exceptional conditions, such as:
Verified critical technical failure preventing full access
Duplicate payment caused by system error
Legal obligations requiring a refund
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
5. Subscriptions and Recurring Plans
Subscription fees are non-refundable for billing periods already commenced.
Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions prior to renewal dates.
Non-use of Services does not create refund eligibility.
6. Institutional / Business Clients
For organizational or enterprise Clients:
All fees are contractually binding and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds shall not be granted for:
Internal business decisions
Non-utilization of Services
Changes in operational needs
7. Refund Request Procedure
Where refund requests may be considered under exceptional cases:
Requests must be submitted in writing
Adequate supporting evidence must be provided

User expectations or assumptions
Failure to achieve specific educational or business outcomes
Decisions made after purchase

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
